Diya Brass Multi-Wick Candle, Large

A single multi-wick candle in a handcrafted brass vessel, 6" × 6", with a Black Violet & Saffron scent. It is poured in soy wax.

What it is: A scalloped brass vessel with wave detailing, drawn from the diya, holding a multi-wick candle. It is designed in the US and hand-poured in India.

Why it matters: The larger vessel holds more wax across more wicks, and the scent blends Indian and American traditions.

How it works: Light the wicks together. When the wax is finished, wipe the vessel clean and use it for trinkets or offerings. For flowers, set a plastic container inside to hold the water. Burn time is about 15 hours.

When to use it: On a coffee table or dining table, at Diwali, or as a gift.

What alternatives exist: The Medium is 5" × 5". The Small is a 4" version.

Care: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. When the wax is finished, wipe the vessel clean and reuse it. To care for the brass vessel: brass changes color over time. That is natural oxidation, and many people value the patina. Dust with a soft cloth. To clean, use a soft cloth dampened with mild dish soap and warm water, wrung out until damp but not dripping, then a second cloth dampened with plain water, then dry fully. Do not use vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, salt, abrasive cleaners, bathroom sprays, or bleach. To restore a tarnished piece, use a dedicated brass polish such as Brasso sparingly, because over-polishing removes the surface treatment.
