Holly & Hearth Brass Christmas Tree Candle
A single decorative candle shaped like a Christmas tree, in brass with a brass finish, holding soy wax scented with fresh pine needles, evergreen, and hearth warmth.
What it is: A handmade, molded brass vessel in the shape of a classic Christmas tree, holding a soy wax candle. It is part of the Holly & Hearth collection.
Why it matters: The scent brings the smell of a freshly decorated tree into the room, and the shape works as holiday decor before and after you burn it.
How it works: Light the wick and let the wax melt evenly across the top. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
When to use it: On a mantel, a dining table, or a gift table through the holiday season, or as a host gift.
What alternatives exist: The White Christmas Snowflake Candle is a molded ivory white soy wax snowflake with a smoky firewood and amber scent. The brass candles hold a candle in a reusable vessel.
Care: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. When the wax is finished, wipe the vessel clean and reuse it. To care for the brass vessel: brass changes color over time. That is natural oxidation, and many people value the patina. Dust with a soft cloth. To clean, use a soft cloth dampened with mild dish soap and warm water, wrung out until damp but not dripping, then a second cloth dampened with plain water, then dry fully. Do not use vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, salt, abrasive cleaners, bathroom sprays, or bleach. To restore a tarnished piece, use a dedicated brass polish such as Brasso sparingly, because over-polishing removes the surface treatment.
